HOW CAN WE SELL QUALITY FUEL SO INEXPENSIVELY?
By optimizing delivery routes, going virtually paperless, and focusing our efforts entirely on the delivery of heating oil,
BerkshireFuel.com seeks to pass along those savings to its customers while giving them the ability to schedule deliveries
and manage their account online in real time.
In addition, we have a few rules . . .
If you adhere to these rules your wallet will benefit greatly.
- All deliveries must be paid by Credit or Debit card in advance. Discover, Mastercard and Visa accepted.
- Three (3) days advance notice required. If you require shorter notice a $50.00 delivery fee will apply.
- 125 gallon minimum delivery. (there will be a $40.00 fee if less is delivered)
- No emergency or weekend deliveries. Sorry we do not service or repair Heating Equipment at this time.
- During a heavy snow fall, please keep an open path to your oil fill. Difficult driveways must be cleared also.
- We now have a $24.95 annual membership fee. You should get it all back and more on your 1st delivery.
- Replacement of leaking above-ground fuel oil tanks
- Replacement of leaking oil lines or filter canister
- Free oil line sleeve or oil safety valve when new lines installed
- Removal of oil tank from premises
- Oil tank permits (installation and removal)
- 50 gallon containment tray under new tank
- *subject to inspection
- Cost is $69.95 annually
